My first web browser was Mosaic version 1. I ran version 2 alpha for a bit.
Netscape started doing things better so I moved over to it.
Over the years I’ve bounced around from Netscape, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, and a few others (the MS browsers never really swayed me). It seemed like every year I’d be moving to a new platform or version. I usually have 3-4 browsers installed on my computers at any given time.
Once Chrome blocked uOrigin I moved over to Firefox. Easy.
The point is, to get the best (and safest) browsing experience, you have to be flexible. If you just use the thing that “came with the computer” you’re going to have a bad time. If Chrome wants to break your browsing experience, ditch it.

I think you can just assume at this point the US government does not care about the constitution or it’s people and will use any means necessary to collect data on those who wish to counter its growing authoritarian nature.
If you go to a protest, only take a burner phone or no phone at all. If you must take your phone, turn it off and Faraday cage it.
The US has become a failed state. Leave if you can. Things will only get worse before it completely implodes.

Stephen Miller is basically a Nazi
He’s a fucking JEWISH Nazi - which is the worst kind of self loathing Nazi.
He’d be the first in the showers when the real Nazis come to town.
He’s a pathetic loser.

Phones and tablets. The younger generations are only using those for the most part.

The LAST thing I’d do with my mobile phone is install Facebook or Instagram. What a nightmare.

Who would have thought having the hubris of being “god’s people” would ever backfire?

If I’m sitting on the couch, the phone is not on me. It’s on the table next to me or on a counter somewhere. I don’t even always look at it if I get a message. Sometimes I’ll wait hours after I get a message to read it.

This can probably be argued that places that deny phones, like courts, could be charged with criminal intent against you.

I’m clubbing the bot in the head and stealing it’s batteries.

LOL. New phone cases are going to have little privacy sliders to go over the cameras.

Why (I don’t see) not

Each?!?!
Fuck that. I’ll pay $300 for the set and let them do the work for me. LOL

About $300 is what the mechanics in the area usually charge. The dealership is more.

Truth isn’t important to Americans

I hate all these automatic sensors in new cars. I don’t usually buy new cars, I get ones that are a few years used. Almost all of them have a light on the dash for a “tire error” because the stupid sensor has died and no one in their right mind wants to spend $300 to replace a thing that tells you your tire pressure is low. Plus, the things die in a few years anyway.
I just do the Homer Simpson solution and put a bit of black tape over the tire error light.
A little dirt mixed into a clear paint. To a cop, it just looks like a dirty licence plate. To AI powered cameras it looks like T̶̗̈ℲM-ԀC̴̦͝)0
