    I think the next tier would be to only pirate media that is licensed by huge corporations and still buy indie media to support creators

      Next tier after that: pretty much where I am at. No need to pirate corporate media, I just don’t consume it anymore.

      Yes to local and indie projects though.

      Just for sake of saying it, I really don’t like the term creator.

          Whatever they are. Historians, comedians, filmmakers, etc.

          Content is the dumbest word, and again that word means they are making slop to consume so YouTube can shovel you ads.

            I generally agree, but those terms you prefer are specific about the type of media. I think “creator” and “content” are still the most neutral and catch-all terms, but they have been tarnished by commercialized platforms.
