Those in favour are, of course, driven by self-interest, hoping that Western companies can be brought back to Russia.

    They’ve wanted to ever since it got sanctioned. Many never left Russia, they just did it off the books.

    Whatever your opinions on Russia is, i think everyone agrees that companies don’t give thr slightest shit. They’re literally programmed to respond to profit only.
