I think it’s supposed to mirror ft articles, is it safe?

I visited the website with JavaScript disabled and it looks like a exact mirror.

Update 1: Virustotal does not show any detections.

Any help guys?

Judging by the URL (the rightmost part is more important), it’s a proxy under the domain of the library of the university in Groningen, Netherlands.

No clue if it’s supposed to be public or safe, or even operated by the university.

Edit: And it shows “Access Error” right now.

      Wait a second!

Does that mean that every library that is paying for ft has a mirror to access it?

If that is the case then that would be super cool.

As I said before I found it via Bing, I wonder if Bing has any more links like this.

Universities, libraries etc subscribe to newspapers. But they’re not supposed to pirate them. Those proxies / unblocking / access should work from within the network of that institution. So yes, you can go there and read newspapers. If you’re a member or student, you might have a VPN or some software available to access stuff from home. But it shouldn’t be wide open to the general public. I doubt FT licenses their stuff to copy it 1:1 for everyone to read on the internet.
