It’s only socialism when democrats do it.
It’s only socialism when democrats do it.
From the same company that brought you test based emissions upgrades?
Brilliant plan, that’s worked out so well for Palestine. /s
I thought he was going to deregulate ai; this seems like regulation to me. Add it to the pile mountain of lies.
He may have deleted it, but you know he printed it first and hung it on his refrigerator.
Yeah agreed, he’s absolutely going to demand a military response to any attacks on his business, but maybe that’s enough to divide the republicans in congress and they’ll start to rein him in. Still going to take a lot for them to develop the balls to stand up to him, but might be good for us if Iran just goes after his businesses.
Might be smart for Iran to just attack trump’s businesses as retribution for the bombings; if they attack the military, we’ll surely get pulled into another war, but just going after trump’s businesses will probably avoid a military response and maybe will make republicans come around to the fact that he should have divested himself from his businesses when he became president.
We need to be taxing the companies for every job they replace with ai and use that to pay for it.
I’m a childless man and I don’t miss the sense of community one bit.
I’m an American and it still says the proper name for me too.
Don’t forget the billionaires too.
It’s almost like the inflation of the past four years was just corporate greed the whole time.
I’m glad to see he’s addressing our nation’s highest priorities.
I agree and I also wouldn’t mind so much if the ads were in proportion to the length of the video and at natural breaks. I don’t want to watch a 30 second ad to see a 15 second video.
That’s how it is by me too; very few lines open with an actual person. I’d prefer not interacting with anyone, but the self checkouts are just a reason to hire fewer people. Years ago, they used to have two people at every register at grocery stores; one to ring people up and the other to pack the bags up. You rarely see this anymore unless the cashier is being trained.
In addition to that, on the occasions that I do use self checkout, I almost always have an issue with one of the items and then the one person they have overseeing ten checkout lanes needs to finish what they’re doing and come over to me just to fix the issue so I can finish scanning the rest of my stuff.
So when I’m using self checkout, I’m doing unpaid labor just because the store wants to increase profits and it often ends up being slower depending on how much produce I’m buying.
Yeah, once my current versa 3 inevitably breaks, I’m jumping ship. I’m most likely going to Garmin, since other choices are kinda limited and don’t want to charge my watch every day. I feel like the sleep tracking has never worked well for me on Fitbit. I don’t know if it’s a function of having a low heart rate or it just doesn’t work well, but there are nights that I’ve gotten terrible sleep or not slept at all and it thinks I slept for 6+ hours because I just laid there.
I don’t think any Fitbit I’ve ever owned has lasted more than a year. The good thing about the company is that they have a pretty good warranty program and as a result, I haven’t paid out of pocket for a new device in over three years.
We need to start saying they’re adding people who own guns as a table in that database and either get conservatives onboard with stopping it, or more likely just be able to call them hypocrites for one more thing.
