They are literally useless. even when something is explained to them they still mess it up, or need the same thing explained again the next time. Most of the commits they have was someone wasting their time to explain change by change how to do it. It would have been worth the time investment if they learned and were able to do things on their own. at this point but they aren’t and freeing up the people who have to consistently spend their time helping them will be a net positive in productivity.

I mean if I laid off %25 of my dev team we would see a boat in productivity. They leech time from one of my senior devs and don’t get any better. Def getting rid of 2/4 useless guys and giving 1 of them as much of an opportunity I’ve given any body and one is going to be next to go of he doesn’t shape up.

I was told to change gender to sex on the apps I develop. I’m pushing to have it removed all together because it’s a field that has no relevance and the order is fucking dumb. My niece is trans saying they don’t exist doesn’t make them not exist.

That’s a shame, I bought a nzxt computer in 2018 because it was slightly cheaper than building it part for part. Mainly due to the gfx card being way cheaper than I could get it. The crypto boom was driving gfx card prices through the roof at that time. Still runs like a champ and I love my nzxt case. Major bummer they are doing shady shit now.

Was going to give my daughter the middle name Ada until my best friend for 20+ years pointed out Jenny Ate A Dick or if she was heavier food items Jenny is not my daughter’s name but used for an example.

Tbh I still wanted to use it but my wife said no. I also lost the battle for Grace, and Marie. I gave up and let her pick the middle name in the delivery room all hopped up on hormones. I’m pretty sure she regrets the choice since we have never mentioned her middle name in 6 months.

I actually get crypto as a concept but I really think their can only be one coin of any true value, and right now it’s Bitcoin. I think at some point something will come and knock it off the pedistool.

I’m not a get rich quick kinda guy so I never bothered with crypto and have only played around with a little bit of money trading stocks and treated it just like I do gambling (money I will lose, although I did make a bit of money back on GameStop lol).

I’d love to see a study on the religiosity, political affiliation, education, wealth, career, and age of people who get scammed and the types of scams they fell for.

There was a while in 2019(I think) when all the office talk(software firm) was crypto then it just stopped it was glorious.
