Otherwise people won’t see you only if they know about you. This is weird default and my main complain about Mastodon :(

Despite the platform having more users, we’re all here for a reason. So it’s no surprise to me that people hate Windows more than usual. I can’t judge them for that.
Thanks! Web-version of Lemmy works okay, but maybe voyager web app will be a bit more convenient.
Sure, I tried it, but it’s not phone-friendly: https://github.com/lemmygtk/lemoa/issues/17. It’s hard to optimize the interface without such phone.
Thanks! I enjoy this platform.
The only thing that is missing from Reddit for me is a mobile-friendly app for GNU/Linux (I used Headlines for Reddit). But browser version is so great, I use it from the phone with no issues.

Windows is like Reddit. There is more content and users, but we use Lemmy for a reason. So I’m not surprised that many people joke about GNU/Linux in this thread. GNU/Linux is not for everyone, but so do Lemmy.
Yep, and for anyone who curious why it’s not actually decentralized, I highly suggest to read this thread from someone who worked on ActivityPub:
