I’m not a programmer, but I’ve dabbled with Blender for 3D modeling, and it uses Node trees for a lot of different things, which is pretty much a programming GUI. I googled how to make a shader, and the AI gave me instructions. About half of it was complete nonsense, but I did make my shader.

Game is delayed because they couldn’t tell people about it on a stage. This sounds logical.

It is kind of funny how the title says one thing, and then the very next sentence says loljk, just the announcement, which has obviously zero things in common with development.

I’d compare the Search AI more to Frito in Idiocracy. ChatGPT is like Joe.

Well, there is the minor detail that an AI in this context has zero ability to kill anyone, and that it’s not a true AI like Daneel or his pals.

Google’s search AI is awful. It gives me a wrong answer, I’d say 70% of the time.

I believe I paid around $60 for the equivalent in 2015 or so.

I would estimate that Google’s AI is helpful and correct about 7% of the time, for actual questions I’d like the answer to.

You know how NDAs are generally not enforceable in a court of law, no matter if the person “consented” or not, because some things are just not legal, and chances are theyre not knowledgeable enough to make that decision anyway? Kind of like how Statutory Rape works? Yeah. That, but with actual fucking torture thats broadcast publicly.

I mean, the footage is all public, right? Why shouldn’t the cops be able to watch it with their own eyes, and determine if it’s kosher?

Me too, soon I guess. I have a Steam Deck, and now using Windows on my laptop is kind of like torture, so the Deck has been my main PC.
