This took 4 times longer than I thought it would but I was super happy with the results! Some info on the manufacturing process:
- Head is 3d printed from a 3 different models that I made myself to use no supports
- Wrist cuffs are foam spheres I cut in half and spray painted chrome
- Torso shape is provided by a 19" diameter cardboard ring under a 2xl t-shirt
- Arms are a long sleeve T-shirt that I had to fabric paint stripes onto
- Legs are leggings that I also had to fabric paint stripes onto
- Teeth are a piece of paper glued into a recess in the 3d print
- Eyes are from the mesh of an old hamper that was fabric painted black like the arms and legs with soup cans used to mask the eyes. They also were removable so I could scunch my nose in to take the helmet back off lol. And invertable for a happy bender!

Looks amazing. Where do you insert the gerder? Hope you finished it off holding a beer!
Awesome, looks great! My favorite costume I ever did was as Fry dressed up a robot from the robot planet episode. I kept and used the saucepan for years afterwards!
This is fucking genius.
