I 100% believe it.
There were lots of creepy videos in Minnesota and elsewhere of ICE thugs creepily taking photos of observers, and several have made mention on camera of ‘a database’ or ‘a system’. They’re probably not supposed to talk about it publicly, ICE thugs are fucking stupid.

They were filmed saying exactly this back in January/February.
