But what about the case where it denies life saving medicine because it doesn’t know what it’s doing? Or when companies learn that they can insert a handful of words into their submission and get a pass rate of 100%? And TBH I’m not convinced ol’ RFK won’t just use “the AI rejected it” as is his cover to do whatever he wants anyway.
I mean, we’re all thinking about the case where the AI approves drugs (which are probably safe-ish for the reasons you listed).
