I saw a post in !newcommunities@lemmyworld.com about Signal Groups and was wondering if there was a signal group, an unofficial matrix group, SimpleX, Zulip, etc. …
I only know of the [official] matrix chat: https://matrix.to/#/#community:nixos.org and the unofficial discord: https://discord.com/invite/BqdJJFER4H. There’s a zulip instance, but that’s for community governance, not casual discussion.
There’s also the NixOS Discourse website, but that’s a forum, so might not count…
