You might understand how tech works, but I am guessing you need a project manager to actually get something done for a business. There are so many problems with what you said, and I don’t even necessarily disagree with your premise.
Either way, a title search isn’t a realtors job anyways, they just recommend a title company. Anyone can do this themselves, and typically a lender is the one who will want to be sure it’s done.
I do realize I pointed out something with mortgages that is only tangentally related to realtors, but my point is that many levels of the process are a problem from leeches trying to get their cut of the big fat fucking pie.
